Late last year we took the opportunity to seed the areas of bare earth that had been created by the new scrape and mound. The seeds included a selection of native wildflowers inteneded to encourage additional wildlife and enjhance the appearance of the Meadows. MOTCOMBE PARISH COUNCIL
This is to advise you that there will be a Meeting of the Parish Council on Tuesday 10th January 2012, at 8pm at the Memorial Hall, Motcombe, Dorset.
There will be a ten minute public consultation period at the beginning of the meeting if members of the public are present and wish to speak to an agenda item.
All members of the Council are requested to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder and are reminded that the council has a general duty to consider the following matters in the exercise of any of its functions: Equal Opportunities (race, gender, sexual orientation, marital status and any disability), Crime and Disorder, Health and Safety and Human Rights.
