Motcombe Parish Council : Motcombe Meadows management plan and update, summer 2009 Thank you for taking an interest in the development of the land known as the 'Motcombe Meadows'. These revised plans are intended to inform and for you to think about at leisure, and then let us have any comments - good or bad.
The information contained has been developed using local knowledge and expert thoughts, and based on the most popular suggestions of you the villagers. Using these ideas, along with the usual limitations imposed of money time and resource, a draft plan of action for the next five years was drawn up by the Council last year and presented at the Village Fete in 2008.Time has passed and a significant amount of progress has been made against this plan. But the plans have had to be changed and modified in response to additional advice and constraints.
